SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all calls by USPS. Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships. If, for some reason you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us so that we can provide this to you. Custom orders may take up to two to three weeks to ship out on average, but this may vary depending on periods of higher demand. Ready to ship calls typically ship out within two business days depending on circumstances.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We warranty all of our calls against any manufacturer defects. We do not accept returns / exchanges on custom orders - this includes custom engraved calls or custom color calls. Please note when placing a custom order that colors and patterns do vary and while we do our best to match every customer's wishes, we are not responsible for any dissatisfaction due to this.

Replacement of broken or lost call parts  or any other issues not determined to be a manufacturer's defect are the responsibility of the customer, and a reasonable fee will be charged based on the extent of the repairs at our discretion. If you have a lost or broken call part and would like to know how much the repair would cost, please contact us to discuss what repair is needed so that we can give you an idea of the cost of repair. Once the call is shipped back to us and we have received and examined the call, if it is determined to need more extensive work than previously discussed, we will notify you of any additional fees.
